We hope that you’re very happy with your purchase, however if for any reason you wish to return your items, please do so within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or credit note. Your refund amount will be less any delivery paid.
For any orders which have been damaged in transit, we must be informed within 48 hours of delivery. If you believe an item to be faulty please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
How to Return Items
Please email [email protected] prior to return with your name, order number and details of the item you would like to return. We will then confirm the process and address for returning the goods.
All returns must be in their original condition and packaging.
Please ensure that items are packaged securely.
We strongly suggest that you use signed for, insured delivery and keep the receipt for your records.
- We cannot accept any responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit.
- Unless the item is faulty returns will be at your own cost.
- We will not refund the original delivery charge on returned items, unless the product is faulty.
- Any interest charges occurred on your credit card whilst waiting for a refund are not our responsibility.
- Please allow up to 14 working days from us receiving your returned item for the refund to show in your account.
Faulty & Damaged Items
We take every care when packing your items but unfortunately very occasionally items do get damaged during transit. If this is the case please inform us within 48 hours of receipt.
If you believe the item to have a manufacturing fault please notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt. We will also ask for a photograph of the product in its original packaging to be sent prior to return. Once we have confirmed if the product is faulty we will provide you with the means to return the item at our cost.
